Cream of asparagus, this is the light version

Today we present the recipe for the light cream of asparagus, a delicious main dish, low calorie, a perfect choice for those on a diet. The cream of asparagus you can do both with the asparagus with fresh and frozen ones, is delicious, even if not, add cream, which is now customary, it is really delicious, feels much more the particular flavor of asparagus.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place asparagus and potatoes in pan and add water too and the broth, stir, cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes. Blend all with the blender until a smooth creamy sauce well, add the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and a little oil, stir and cook another minute.

Meanwhile, saute the asparagus tips with a little oil. Put the cream on plates and decorated with bits of asparagus kept aside.
