Body exercises at home

The free-body exercises are certainly useful and necessary to be fit, not only from an aesthetic standpoint, and I know that delicate touch of a button, especially now that we are all struggling with the costume fitting, but also to feel good and keep the muscles supple. The main purpose of fitness, regular physical activity, in fact, is not so much to make us lose weight (which is impossible without a simultaneous low-calorie diet) to reduce the negative effects that a sedentary lifestyle has on our body.


We spend too many hours on average sessions, including a desk, couch and car, and this is not good, because our body is a dynamic machine, made to move around and burn energy. The problem arises, then, when we have to choose a sport congenial. Often to enroll in a gym, full of enthusiasm, perhaps pay a course that promises wonders salat, and then shamelessly abandon it after a month.

I tell you my experience: I have always been denied for sports, and even brightly allergic to gyms and the like, but I still keep in shape by doing some simple exercise at home, comfortably. I perform only simple and targeted exercises for the various areas of the body, and I do in the morning, so enjoy the beneficial effect of the movement throughout the day.
