The recipe for cold pasta with anchovies, delicious and perfect for summer!

Today we offer you the recipe for cold pasta with anchovies, perfect for summer and really easy to prepare. Personally, with temperatures in the summer and record these days, love often give me the cold pasta or rice dishes, very delicious and very refreshing. The proposal now is dedicated to all those who love the strong taste of anchovies and all, and especially those who do not like the taste too bland.


Let's see how to achieve it. Ingredients (4 servings): 400 gr pasta 15 cherry tomatoes 4 anchovy fillets 2 cloves garlic (optional) basil, fresh thyme and marjoram Preparation: Cook the pasta in salted water and in the meantime, put in a bowl 's garlic cut in half the olive oil and chopped anchovies.

Also cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the rest of the mince. Now you can drain the pasta and cool under running water making it, join it to the sauce, with a little olive oil and garnish with herbs. Of course you can also vary this recipe according to your preferences. Anchovy can then add all the ingredients you suggest to your imagination.

Olives, capers, but also in pieces or chili flavors of any kind. Be careful not to cover only the taste of anchovies, already quite strong and sustained.
