It will be called perfume "Fumne", dedicated to the feast day of the woman and created by women of the home district of Turin and Cutugno Lorusso, in a project that also involves Tonatto Laura, famous Turin creative fragrances for women and for the home. Le Vallette prison Lathes, houses about 110 women prisoners: some of them were involved in a project that has given the opportunity to learn firsthand the raw materials and the technique of perfumery.

The initiative was promoted with the collaboration of the cultural lacasadipinocchio with the District Prison, Palazzo Madama, Palazzo Bertalazone, Liberamensa, Ferrero Group Elders. The workshop was conducted by Laura Tonatto famous "nose" Turin: You have now created the new fragrance by the evocative name (we were in Turin means "women") to be launched on the occasion of 8 March, International Women's Day.

Laura Tonatto create unique fragrances, thanks to the experience with Serge Kalouguine of Parfumerie Fragonard, Grasse, in Provence, among his clients include names like Ornella Vanoni, Elio Fiorucci, Lucia Locatelli, Francesco Totti, Asia Argento, Ornella Muti, Giorgio Armani and Queen Elizabeth II of England.

"That prison has been a valuable and important to all those who participated. - Said Tonatto - The creation of a perfume in this context is for me the opportunity to give these less fortunate women a moment of pure learning of a subject so ephemeral as interesting. And maybe even to open with a small window of hope for their future professional.

A passion for perfumes unites the very diverse people, each person has an olfactory memory that is triggered, especially in times of trouble to bring comfort and pleasure, to make us relive important moments in our emotional life. The art of perfumery has no limits of expression and can be worn as an example of intellectual discipline in a place like prison.
