Aphrodisiac foods: an aid to the intimacy that comes from the table

We speak of a true myth: the aphrodisiac food. Meanwhile, a first question arises: do they really exist, but the food can stimulate the activity under the sheets, so to speak? Natural substances, not the "help" chemicals, pills blue that we all know, at least heard ...? Apparently, yes, and confirm it is not the popular wisdom that for centuries has been attributed to this or that food (often very palatable) irrefutable aphrodisiac able to revive the intimacy of the couple, often mortified by the increasingly widespread "loss of desire." To make out a full blown list of substances that really help eros, absolutely harmless to health, it was a very close study - the most accurate ever made in this area - sponsored by the University of Guelph (Canada) and coordinated by the Italian doctor Massimo Marcone, of the Department of Food Science.

Let 's see what to add to our recipes to make them hot ... especially in the digestive phase: These aphrodisiacs, most of which plant roots and spices, more or less known, plus a moderate dose of alcohol, which had an effect euphoric and inhibitions, is effective on the libido, more as a mental stimulant, like chocolate.

In particular, according to scientists, saffron and ginseng have powerful aphrodisiac effects and aids in the stimulation of sexual desire. With regard to the products most strange for us (as the root of Maca or Yohimbine), some are available as herbal medicines, herbal products, and their "goodness" is proven.

But the spices ... well, the ones we have already in our pantry! Green light risotto with saffron and sweet aroma of nutmeg, then. With a ginseng tonic preventive care, and a good glass of wine, the end of your dinner is sure to be fiery hot!
