Premenstrual syndrome: an aid from foods rich in vitamin B

The PMS is a problem that affects many women, most of us must deal every month, more or less serious and more or less debilitating! The premenstrual syndrome may occur with many symptoms, such as fluid retention, which is the more frequent and more headaches and bad moods, depression, nervousness and a little short, nasty habits that are more accustomed to the night of time!
