The coffee is harmful to fast food after a meal: it does not dispose of sugar

Perhaps the urge to eat fast food is so irresistible that goes against common sense. And if we think that a coffee relieves us from the sin of greed just made, actually makes us more harm than good. A coffee drink after a meal, particularly fat, in fact, blocks the removal of sugar which continues to stagnate in the blood.

We already knew that junk food reduces the IQ of children, but now we adults must be on guard. The menu of fast food, which, in itself is detached from any healthy diet, is made even less healthy by the coffee. This is demonstrated by a study by the University of Guelph, Canada and published by the Journal of Nutrition, the drink that interferes with the body's ability to remove sugar from the blood.

Scientists have noted this after conducting an experiment by some people to swallow a mixture of fats in liquid form that perfectly mimicked what happens in the body after a meal at the fast food. After six hours, scholars have given a sugary drink to the volunteers: the subsequent measurement of blood sugar, they found that the level was 32% higher in those who had consumed the meal compared to a control group that had a lunch normal.

A second experiment, however, given to volunteers who had eaten junk food also two cups of coffee: the data showed that after the subjects had a rate of blood sugar levels higher than 65%. "The study shows that fat and caffeine disrupt communications between the stomach and pancreas, which is responsible for the production of hormones that regulate the metabolism of sugar - the authors explain the research - and this prevents you from lowering the level of glucose blood ".

Some time ago, other experts have shown that coffee helps prevent diabetes, but apparently always associated with a healthy diet. What should be considered is the association of caffeine with fats, where the blood causing hyperglycemia. The fats in the blood innestan a chain of bad communication between the departments, bringing more harm than benefits.

If we consider that we insert into our body of poisons that we hardly do well, probably the desire for junk food will disappear in a flash. The feeling of wellbeing is quite distorted, especially after it has been amply demonstrated that the junk food increases the risk of depression. Sitting at the table means doing good for ourselves and our health: the fast food none of the two principles is respected, do not you think?
