Cutlet Palermo: recipe for a main dish of cooked and eaten

There are some recipes that are made solely fries. At least, so we thought, but then Benedetta Parodi recipes cooked and eaten daily has given a delicious cutlet which Palermo beat the classic Milanese lightly. This second plate of meat, in fact, is neither nor is it breaded fried egg, but the result is all to lick your fingers! There is only the Wiener Schnitzel and this variation allows us to reduce the calories just because it is soaked in egg before passing nell'impanatura and then baking it avoids eating fried.

But if you just can not match it with tomatoes and all'insalata, accompany the pork chops with roast potatoes in the oven very tasty and you will see that children will love. How can you resist this delicious dish? Impossible! So we give in! But first let's see what we need to prepare everything.
