Cellulite: What is it and how to combat it

Cellulite is every woman's nightmare: an imperfection caused by a circulatory problem that occurs in nature with the hated and infamous signs to "orange peel". Annoying, unpleasant to see, sometimes painful, cellulite demeans the line of our legs, forcing us to study them all but just to get rid of! Technically, cellulite is called Pannicolopatia edematous-fibrosclerotic (PEF).

When we hear that this is a real disease we are not far from the truth. This is not a serious disease but a disorder caused by a defect in the microcirculation. The fat cells are no longer able to metabolize fats, become hypertrophic, swollen in simple terms. In short, it's you: the hated cellulite.

The difference between the normal accumulation of fat pads and cellulite is just in the appearance of skin, which in the advanced stage is full of "small holes". What to do? This is the classic question of a million dollars! Do not be discouraged friends, and remember: the cell must be tackled on several fronts.

It is good to fight it from starting, until you get to more or less invasive cosmetic procedures. The liposuction, iontophoresis, ozone therapy are just some of the existing treatments to remove cellulite. Some are made in a strictly medical in other salons. There is also the most natural and least invasive treatment: massage.

Two techniques of proven effectiveness are certainly idro massage lymphatic drainage. Yet still we can not hope to solve a problem of localized fat without resorting to a slimming diet ... Drink plenty of water and eating fruits and vegetables helps a lot in quantity the body to dispose of excess fluids.

At the same time avoid salty foods, too fat or too sweet, it is certainly very useful. Finally, last but not least, anti-cellulite advice: do physical activity! Practice of sport speeds up metabolism and helps maintain body weight, as well as improve the circulation in general. To sum up, no miraculous treatment against the orange peel but ...

a lot of perseverance and patience and a bit 'of pennies put aside!
