Ideal weight: light dairy products do not lose weight

Dairy products do not make us light to reach the ideal weight, do not make us lose weight or at least not make a difference in the end, then perhaps it is better and a yogurt flavor but not a bland and tasteless, even for weight loss because it is the consistency and good things will certainly help to continue the path to weight loss.

For example, I much prefer the whole milk yogurt, is much more good and a pleasure to eat, I can not say the same low-fat and Acidelle. A study conducted in the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization in Australia and published in the journal American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has revealed dairy products as light does not make a difference in weight loss for us girls.

The research was conducted on 145 children aged between 4 and 13 years, they were divided into two groups for six months and followed a special diet. The first group was given a light diet with dairy products, in accordance with the same diet but with normal, non-dairy light. After six months was immediately evident that the dairy did not light the difference between the two diets did not influence weight loss and do not in any way influenced the body mass index.
