Light recipes: delicious spaghetti with herbs

The light but tasty recipes are my passion, today I propose a quick and easy recipe to make spaghetti with herbs, a good first course, light but tasty, ideal for the summer and if you have little time to do. Spaghetti with herbs you are using a mixture of herbs and ricotta cheese, if you do not find the herbs you can mix the ricotta cheese with a herb cubes in Philadelphia, the result will still be good.

Ingredients for spaghetti with herbs (serves 4) Boil pasta in salted water, in the meantime, chopped fine herbs and knead together the ricotta cheese and two tablespoons of olive oil, mix well until creamy and smooth. In a pan roasted bacon with the remaining oil, has become very crunchy.

Drain the pasta, season it with the ricotta and then put the bacon. & N Serve this dish hot.
