Summer Recipes: Caesar Salad

We currently have the recipe for Caesar salad, a delicious summer salad and fresh that you can easily prepare at home! The Caesar salad is well known and spread throughout the world, was invented in the Italian chef Caesar Cardini when he emigrated to the U.S.. It's very popular overseas, but we Italians feel very "ours." There are many versions of Caesar salad, we propose our own! Ingredients for the Caesar salad (serves 4) Preparation Take white bread, cut into squares and then fry in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, then mix them immediately with parmesan.

Also toasted the bacon and in the meantime, wash and dry lettuce. Boil the eggs for 2 minutes in boiling water, then peel and put them in a food processor with the anchovies, lemon juice, a tablespoon of grated parmesan, a dash of Worcester sauce, garlic and salt, then while the mixer running, add oil flush.

Put the lettuce into pieces in a bowl, add the sauce you have prepared, croutons, bacon and Parmesan cheese was cut into slivers. Stir and serve your salad.
