For the correct exposure to the sun protection factor of 15 is not enough

How can you be sure you have proper exposure to the sun? The answer is quite simple but not without many options, for example, would be enough to avoid the hottest hours and get a good sunscreen. The sun is beautiful and makes us more beautiful but it is not all rosy, unfortunately we have to reckon all the negative aspects, such as skin cancer that now, but still valued, are on the agenda.

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice) has pointed out that people are properly exposed to the sun, this is because the protection factor of 15 is not sufficient to protect us from ultraviolet rays. But if the SPF 15 is given for good because not enough? The answer is to be found in our "thrift" or stinginess, whatever you want, that is too little or coated, it does not do enough to shield UV rays.

The correct dose is 2 milligrams per square centimeter of skin, but we do use a lot less, from 0.4 to 1.5 mg/cm2. For all these reasons, the great council of the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence is to use creams with a sun protection factor 30, so even if it should happen to use less and to guarantee the maximum protection.

You usually used as a protective factor?
