Ham and tomato skewers, mini finger food for summer dinners

Today I present a recipe to make mini finger food very easy, fast and light. The skewers of ham and Pachino tomatoes are really compelling, colorful and beautiful to bring to the table as an appetizer or as an appetizer for a light aperitif between friends, to have fun no need to overdo the calories, right? Experience for yourself these finger foods and if you want you can also replace the tomato with mozzarella.

Ingredients for skewers of prosciutto and tomatoes (serves 4). Preparation. First you need to use this recipe just for the ham, a slice is cut a little 'thick, you can let you do yourself or buy from the grocery store already packaged sliced ham . Cut the ham into strips about 3 inches in length.

Take the tomatoes, wash well and dry. Wrap each tomato with a strip of ham and stop it with a toothpick. Repeat until the ingredients are used. Place the skewers on a plate and sprinkle with a little salt.
