Coffee mousse dessert

Today I propose a recipe for the mousse with coffee, a delicious dessert, easy and tasty perfect for the whole family, can serve as a snack or as dessert after a meal, you will see that your guests will love it! The mousse is good and the coffee is made with coffee, whipped cream and eggs, then put everything in the freezer for a couple of hours.

These mousses are to be served cold but not frozen, you must remove them from the freezer a little 'before the summer from 5 to 10 minutes, in winter a little' more. Ingredients for the coffee mousse (serves 4) Preparation Take a bowl and whip the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is light to have a puffy and fluffy, then place 2 cups of cold coffee and stir well to incorporate.

Whip the cream to the mixture and incorporate well and then add the egg whites beaten stiff. Put the mousse into small bowls of dessert and put them in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Remove the cups from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
