Summer recipes and fresh, the caprese sticks

Today we begin this hot July day with a fresh summer recipe, I will show you how to stick a cute Capri, the recipe is quick, easy and there is no need for cooking, I would say perfect! The Capri can do in the many different ways, this stick is finger food and the versions will be nice to bring to the table, will add a touch of color but also freshness.

This recipe is perfect for children, is ideal if you have hot and misbehave to eat! Ingredients for the caprese sticks (serves 4) Preparation. Wash the tomatoes well and place in a bowl with a little 'salt and mix. Meanwhile drain the mozzarella cheese, let it drain in a colander for about ten minutes.


Take toothpicks and stuck a tomato first, then a morsel of mozzarella cheese and finally the basil leaves. Put these stick together in a dish and serve. If you do not keep them in the refrigerator serve immediately.
