Feeding children: tasty and healthy alternative to sugar

Let's talk about infant at home, the central argument regarding the health and welfare of children. Parents know how essential it is that children, to grow in a balanced and harmonious, in the right quantities take all the valuable property nutrients - vitamins, proteins, minerals - contained in various foods.

So far, so peaceful, except that we must confront two formidable opponents of healthy diet: advertising and bad habits. I am, however, daughters of one another. Take sugar, for example, is very important because it provides energy and fuel to the brain, but also an insidious enemy, when taken in excessive doses.

Too much refined sugar, white sugar that adds a little 'everywhere, but also glucose "hidden" in processed foods as advertised, are bad for growing children. Cause weight gain, tooth decay, and increased susceptibility to serious metabolic diseases such as diabetes. How to restrict their use, as the kids go crazy for prepared sweet and certainly not giving up? Using some good alternatives.

I'm not talking about artificial sweeteners, of course! But natural products with high softening, rich and mouth-watering property, and the more refined sugar powder. Let's see.
