Pasta salad with corn and parmesan cheese, the recipe

Today I present to you the recipe to make pasta salad with corn and parmesan cheese, a delicious summer pasta dish perfect for the whole family, great to do in advance or bring to the beach. The recipe is simple also very light, we will use it only corn, tomatoes and parmesan cheese, to taste, you can still embellish the pasta with other ingredients of your choice.

Try it, you'll like! Ingredients for the pasta salad with corn and parmesan cheese (serves 4) Preparation Cook the pasta al dente, then drain it and pass it under cold water. Roll out the dough on a cloth and let it dry, then put it in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper. Add the diced tomatoes, corn, rinsed and drained and flaked parmesan cheese, stir and season with salt and pepper.


Put the dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
