Regain our youth

Discover the importance of valuing and live our youth, always. This week I read an article about Toyo Shibata, a Japanese author who after being unable to dance-his lifelong hobby, was given to writing poetry 92 years and has just become a sales boom 99. Meditated thinking about her, how she lived life in such a woman and as a developer and his example is positive for all of us.

Sometimes, too often, I see looks tired, disenchanted, former combatant in the beautiful faces of young professional women, university, modern activasmujeres, daughters of his time. Surrounded by constant demands and the inevitable disappointments, self-inflicted stress, going at full speed to nowhere victims premature disenchantment.

They are young, have forgotten how. The first thing we do is to reflect and realize what is paramount in our lives and what is accessory. We will learn to appreciate and experience what is truly important to us. Is not there something profoundly tender every day you go out for coffee with your friend, something shocking in the kiss, the look given to your boyfriend? Make a list of the wonders around you and you keep it inside you, think about what makes you happy.

The youth is in you, the beauty of small things every day, lies in connecting with your feelings, in that constant miracle we saw when we were kids and that is still there, but we have forgotten. It is the joy, the excitement of living things from the soul and not just what makes us mentally young, is the indomitable strength of our truth that comes from within.

Express it whenever possible. Show your love to those who want, give it, have details, consolidates the most solid, beautiful and true in your life, enjoy it whenever you can. You are young and deserve to be. Just listen to your heart, is the only one who can take you where it is worth going.
