150 years of the Unification of Italy: the tricolor mousse

Today we celebrate the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy in our small and we also want to make our wishes by offering you the tricolor mousse, a cream-based desserts and fruit perfect for the whole family! The tricolor mousse is really delicious and quite simple, the flag will be obtained using the red strawberries, kiwis and bananas to the green to white.

Follow the instructions and rediscover a bit 'of patriotism! Ingredients for the tricolor mousse (serves 4) Preparation Clean the strawberries, pat dry and Tagliani 4 slices and the remaining ones into pieces. Peel the kiwi, cut 1 to 3 and rondelline into pieces. Peel bananas, cut in half length-wise, then cut into small pieces and irrorale with lemon juice.

Keep aside some 'fruit into small pieces and then blend that remained separate, the first strawberries, kiwis and bananas and then washing the mixer from time to time. Whip the cream until stiff, divide it into three bowls and embedded in each one of the shakes and mix well. Take the glasses high and you put the strawberry mousse, then flatten and place on the banana mousse and then to kiwifruit.

Decorate with pieces of fruit kept aside and put in fridge for an hour.
