Milan is given to the appointment of secret dinners Tour de Fork

Do not call it dinner, but the secret dinner social experiments designed by Davide La Grotteria, Claudia Castaldi and Stefano Citi, aka Tour de Fork. This is the story, all-Italian (specifically for most Livorno), a creative cook, a photographer and a designer who came up with a job (working). The game rules are simple: just look at the calendar of dinners and register at Tour de Fork, enter a valid reason and wait your turn.

Each event revolves around a theme and an unknown location. Have you been accepted? Good for you, a few days before the event will know the time and address of the appointment, you'll know you need to carry a fork, but do not yet know the theme of the evening. You will find out the welcome, along with a mini-Tour de Fork guide license plate and a dozen new friends.

The goal? Interpreting the food in a social (here nobody knows in advance) and environmentally friendly. Make room for imagination, in fact, with forks and bowls of bread, workshops hosted in secret terraces, dinners and picnics in the dark urban-based food scraps glamorous twist. From the Laboratory of the three creative food design, as well as secret dinner, did the collection "second chance", ie objects that have a second chance to the food waste.

Some examples? The Coffee Scent Dissipator you put in the refrigerator to dissipate the smells, the Orange Peel Hanger hangs on the radiator to make dried orange peel and Apple Grower Peel helps you grow yeast, the basis for making bread. In summary, an original and cheap (the price of dinner is really honest!) To travel with the taste and imagination, but also to forge new relationships (single stepped forward, the people who participated in Tour de Fork is nothing short of interesting), try new tastes and discover with pleasure that, in Milan, just sit around a table to exit the gray metropolis.
