Raw Diet, the food is cooked out, better to focus on raw food!

Farewell Dukan diet, now came the Raw Diet, or a diet that is based on raw foods, or almost! The Raw Diet is the latest diet famous (and dangerous) coming from Hollywood, the stars love it and some people has also made a career, Carol Alt, a great supporter of this diet, has written two books in which he explains advantages, many methods and recipes to take advantage of the properties of food ("Eating in the Raw" and "The Raw 50").
