With protein at breakfast we say goodbye to hunger throughout the day!

The breakfast of protein is not exactly the best, especially for us Italians are accustomed to cakes, cappuccino, pastries, cookies, etc., it seems, however, is a very valid way to fight hunger during the day. To make this discovery were the doctors of Obesity by Heather Leid of Universtity of Missouri in the United States that followed a group of patients for 3 weeks, the results left no room for doubt! Obesity Researchers from Heather Leid of Universtity of Missouri have shown that eating protein at breakfast, during the day unless you are suffering from hunger.

This can be extremely useful in cases of overweight and obesity in which you should lose weight the right way, without too many sacrifices that are transformed in the abandonment of the diet in most cases. The study was carried out by measuring perceived appetite through various tests such as magnetic resonance imaging that allows us to see areas of the brain that are activated when you are hungry but also the concentration of certain hormones in the blood.

The boys involved in the research were divided into three groups, the first not had breakfast, the second made it a traditional milk and cereal and the last took more protein. Throughout the morning the third group did not suffer the pangs of hunger!
