Fish sauce cooked and eaten the first dish of sea Benedetta Parodi

Cooking fish is the great test tube for each cook. Yet a way to win the challenge is: to rely on the advice of Cotto and eat! We say that thanks to our friend, Benedetta Parodi we can really cook everything in the kitchen of our house. A good fish sauce could be a bogey that would not have abandoned, except that this recipe is simplified so that we can bring to the table a similar refinement in 5 minutes.

The first fish dishes are very delicious and require great care in preparation, so much so that often become the favorite dishes of the festive occasions, when we have more time to devote to cooking. But do not lose heart: the daily strip of our favorite culinary program has taught us to find solutions to avoid losing the taste of food even when you are short on time.

And so, our sauce is prepared quickly and whenever we want thanks to the use of cod fillets surgelat that we find in the supermarket chiller cabinet and that we can keep in our freezer. But if you want a table across the sea, then served as the second of the fillets of grouper crusted zucchini and you will see that you all ask the encore! You really can not resist these specialties that we do not even steal too much time in the kitchen.
