There are growing initiatives "civic" in favor of pregnancy and motherhood. Today we mark a prerogative that many Italian municipalities (and growing), reserve for new mothers and pregnant women: the pink car. We all know as well as in smaller towns, not to mention large cities like Rome, Milan and Naples, has become increasingly unrealistic to be able to find a free parking for their car, near your destination that interests us.
It 'clear that, for a young person or otherwise in good physical shape, not even park the car just around the corner is not a big problem. But for a pregnant woman, especially if the final stage of pregnancy, or a mother with small baby, which then transport the stroller or even ship their car, not having to travel miles to get to the place of interest, should be able to be granted.
Why did the initiative (commendable) of reserved parking their mothers (or expectant mothers with babies under 12 months of age) as part of the project and supportive of sustainable mobility. This is shown by the stripe parking rose, in fact, marked and symbolized by a sign with a stork with a little baby so much mo 'bassoon, and the words: "Parking pink - a gesture of courtesy - let free place: c' is an expectant mom, this place is for you.
" In some municipalities it is subject to normal parking tariffs, but others are free. The only problem is that this initiative is not included within the road rules, so who does not respect the parking pink, is not subject to any penalty. We will appeal, of course, to the public spirit of citizens and the solidarity that should surround the pregnant woman and the baby.
Where you can easily find parking pink? Close to public facilities such as hospitals, airports, train stations, shopping malls etc as well. If you belong to categories that can use the service - if so, are expecting a baby or you have a newborn - you try to inform you about the car ... so enjoy pink and wide, there it is! And congratulations to all the Italian municipalities that have joined the project of inclusive and sustainable mobility.
