We currently have a recipe for Easter easy and luscious, prepare the pasta with shrimp and swordfish, a delicious and tasty main dish perfect for all occasions but that is perfect for Easter Day. The pasta with shrimp and swordfish are delicious and you can do both with fresh and frozen, in my opinion is the ideal first course because it is fresh and quite light and can be done in a short time.
Ingredients for pasta with shrimp and swordfish (serves 4) Preparation Clean the swordfish and cut it into cubes, then place it in a pan with oil, salt, whole garlic and chilli in small pieces, add the prawns and then blended with white wine, add salt and pepper and green olives cut in rondelline.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, then drain it al dente and pour in pan. Cook together for a few minutes. Serve garnished with pepper and chives.
