We currently have the recipe for Caesar salad, a delicious summer salad and fresh that you can easily prepare at home! The Caesar salad is well known and spread throughout the world, was invented in the Italian chef Caesar Cardini when he emigrated to the U.S.. It's very popular overseas, but we Italians feel very "ours." There are many versions of Caesar salad, we propose our own!
