The kiwi milk shake for children

Today we present the recipe for a fabulous kiwi milk shake, a perfect summer dessert for a snack for your children, is genuine, healthy and rich in vitamins important nutritional properties. The recipe is very simple and is expected to milk, if you want you can replace it with 300 ml of vanilla ice cream, and you have a snack fresher and more delicious! Try it for yourself and let us know how it went, but I'm sure, great! Ingredients for the kiwi milk shake (serves 4) Preparation Peel the kiwi, cut into pieces and frullateli well, then put the milk and honey and beat for another 3 minutes.


If you want you can filter the mixture to remove seeds but not necessary. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with strawberry milk shake impaled on the skewers and serve. If there are no strawberries go well slices of kiwi or other fruit in season.
