Sophisticated and chic, sandwiches stuffed with lobster

Today we present a very easy recipe to make sandwiches stuffed with lobster, a dish that is perfect to serve as an appetizer (if you use the mini hot dogs) or even as a main dish for a picnic at the park. These sandwiches are perfect to serve for a buffet or a brunch, are easy and delicious and will delight all palates, in short, the lobster is a highly prized food and served with mayonnaise knows his stuff! Ingredients for lobster sandwiches (serves 4) Preparation Drain shrimp and lobster and cut into small pieces.

Clean the celery, remove the outer strands and cut the rest into very thin slices. Chop the dill finely also. Take a bowl and place shrimp, lobster, mayonnaise, celery, dill, pepper, salt and capers, mix well. Meanwhile, open sandwiches in half (without separating the two sides) and heat on the stove.

Fill the sandwiches with the filling and served with lobster.
