The biggest regret of women? Love (finished)

It took just an ad hoc study to find that for women, the greatest regret has always to do with love (lost, wrecked, never blossomed). Without a timely survey sponsored by the prestigious Kellogg School of Management and coordinated by Professor Neal Roese, it would be difficult, indeed, come to that conclusion ...

is ironic, of course! It 's true that we girls are much more prone to sentimentality and nostalgia romantic than boys, however it is interesting to note that this trend, there is scientific proof. Researchers at the school of management above, which of course are in the U.S., to get to establish that women miss most of all love that no longer, have taken the trouble to interview by phone in 400 Americans aged between 20 and 80.

The questions focused directly on the lost opportunities in life, in all areas that may be of importance for a human being, like career, studies, and, of course, love life and family. It 'came out that the proportion of women who reported that love is the greatest regret was 44%, against 19% (sigh!) of the male sample.

The biggest regret of men? The work ... (34% of males versus 27% of females). Now, the problem, you know what, according to study author Neal Roese? To live with regrets ... But it is not good '? But, and this is perhaps the most important news, a regret can have positive aspects, but only to the extent that pushes the person who is afflicted to work to recover, so to speak, lost ground.

"Regret is something that can push people to be more successful in life in the future. It 's a motivator. It 'an advantage if you learn the lesson and go boast faster. " Well, quite logical when it comes to things like work and studies, but what about the feelings ... is it true? It is not easy to learn from their mistakes, the stories of love gone wrong, or the right for her, because dynamics come into play much more complex than other aspects of life.

However, not tormentiamoci, the regret of love is a bittersweet feeling, we can live together if we can take a little 'around ... or not?
