Today we present a fast and easy Easter cake, a sweet cute and simple that you can prepare with the help of children. This cake includes a base of sponge cake or you can do at home, preferably the day before, or buy ready-made, not the supermarket, or in the best pastry shops selling confectionery. Enjoy the decorations and get ready to receive so many compliments! Ingredients for the fast and easy Easter Cake (serves 4) Preparation Prepare the cake the day before or a acquistatene ready.
Then, prepare the custard and let cool well. Cut the cake into two or three discs, wet with the juice and spread over the custard, then recompose the cake and place in refrigerator for an hour. Mix together the marzipan with a little 'yellow dye, roll it out into a thin sheet and then put it on the cake, making the sponge cake with a thin layer of apricot jam.
At this point you need to hack a nice chick on the sheet of marzipan, you should use a mold ready in two edges, because between those two edges we have to put the sugar. Make a circular edge with the eggs and serve!
