The coffee is delicious and many of us is a missed opportunity and far more frequently than once a day! Drinking too much coffee is bad, however, research conducted by doctors at the University of Guelph, Canada and then published in The Journal of Nutrition has revealed how the abuse of coffee, especially after meals, can lead to decreased glucose tolerance with possible increased risk of diabetes.
But there is nothing to worry about my dear friends caffeine addict! The coffee is good in principle, the problem comes when we abuse it, that is when the coffee becomes something like 8 cups a day, for most of us is crazy, but there are people who take these rhythms. The coffee, the time may have adverse effects on metabolism, but research has shown that the overall coffee protects us from the onset of diabetes.
But when there's problems then? The research conducted by doctors at the University of Guelph, Canada pointed out that coffee may promote diabetes, particularly after fatty meals and in large doses. Therefore, as with all things, it takes the right fit!
