Today I propose a recipe for light to make a truly delicious dessert, the parfait of yogurt and pistachios, a simple and delicious pudding perfect for the whole family. These frozen desserts you can prepare in advance and serve them if you have a lunch or dinner with important guests, just let them rest in the fridge for half an hour to make them soft and creamy.
This dessert will cost you only 180 calories per serving. Ingredients (serves 4) Boil the pistachios in boiling water for a few minutes, then wipe with a cloth and crush them finely. Picked up the lemon and chop fine, then squeeze out the juice and strain. Mix well with yogurt icing sugar, pistachios, paprika, lemon rind and juice until a smooth creamy sauce.
Add the egg whites and mix. Put this mixture into 4 individual portion cups and place them in the fridge for half an hour. Garnish with chopped pistachios and sprinkled with paprika.
